What services does Foxwood Engraving offer?
Foxwood Engraving specializes in custom engraving and product personalization for retail customers, corporate clients, and wholesale orders. Our services include glass etching, engraving on a variety of materials such as wood, glass, metal, and acrylic as well as custom event or retail signage.
Our UV printing capabilities allow us to offer color options.
How do I place an oder?
You can place an order through our website, or by contacting us directly.
What is the typical turn around time?
Our turnaround time for standard order 2-4 business days. Custom orders, corporate and wholesale orders turnaround will vary based on complexity or volume - it will be provided in your estimate.
Please note that turnaround time may be longer during holidays and can depend on production schedule at a given time.
Can you rush my order?
Rush orders are available for an additional fee. Please contact us ahead of time to make sure we are able to accommodate your schedule.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Are you able to create a custom item or design?
Yes! We will be happy to work with you on a custom design. Please note a design fee may apply depending on its complexity.
Are you able to engrave my logo?
Yes! We can engrave or print your logo using your files provided in acceptable format (see below).
If you need a custom logo designed for you a design fee will apply.
Can I bring my own item for engraving?
Yes! You are happy to engrave or print on own items however please keep in mind that not all materials may not be suitable. Contact us first to confirm.
Do you provide proofs for custom order?
We are happy to provide a digital proof for website order upon request.
We provide digital proofs or digital mockups for custom orders. We do not provide finished engraved and or cut proofs.
Large corporate or wholesale proofs may be provided on case by case basis.
What file formats do you accept for engraving?
Vector files such as .SVG, .AI, .EPS, .PDF are best formats for engraving. We can accept .PNG-300 dpi or higher, .JPEG, however these may require additional processing. Please contact us if you are unsure of the fie type to use and we will be happy to support you.
What file formats do you accept for UV printing?
We can accept .PNG-300 dpi or higher, .JPEG, .TIF, or vector files such as .SVG, .AI, .EPS and .PDF
Payments & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?
Online Orders: You can use credit cards, apple pay, paypal or shop payments.
In store: we accept credit cards, apple pay and cash. We do not accept checks.
Corporate/Wholesale order: can pay via invoice- payment method will be agreed on during estimate process.
Please note that production on your order will begin once order has been paid in full.
How much does customization cost?
Pricing varies based on customization details, materials used and order volume.
Online orders prices reflect custom options included in the specific listing.
For retail orders, engraving on your item and/or customization starts at $45
Wholesale and corporate orders please reach out to us for an estimate.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we provide exclusive pricing for bulk orders. Reach out to us or arrange a wholesale consultation to discuss your requirements and receive a tailored quote.
Can I cancel my order?
Once production has started we can not cancel your order. If you need to make changes prior to us starting your order please contact us as soon as possible and will let you know if changes are still possible.
SHIPPING & RETURNS

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer standard, priority express, and overnight shipping options with tracking for all orders.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we ship within United States only but can accommodate international orders on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for more details.
Do you offer local pick up?
Yes, local pick up is available in Renton, WA. Please select the local pick-up option at checkout and you will receive an email notification once your order is ready. Please pickup your orders within 14 days of purchase.
Can I return my order.
We accept returns for non-personalized items only.
Customized or personalized items, wall art and maps are not eligible for returns, however, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us so we can resolve it.
