Returns & Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Foxwoods Engraving will accept eligible items for exchange or return according to below guidelines.

We will send an email with return shipping instructions (no refund will be granted without processing a return/exchange request).
We can only accept returns/exchanges for non-personalized items purchased on foxwoodenraving.com. For our items purchased from Etsy or Amazon, please contact us there directly.
We accept returns for non-personalized items only.
Customized or personalized items, wall art and maps are not eligible for returns.
Please ensure that the item is returned in unused condition with original packaging within 7 business days from the delivery date of your order. Returns after the 7 day period are only eligible for store credit.
Once your return is processed, your form of payment will be credited for the merchandise amount only. Shipping charges are not refundable.

If we made an error when creating your custom, personalized, or engraved item please accept our apologies. We want to make it right and will sent a corrected replacement item once you provide us with an image of the incorrect item. In some case we may request to have item returned to us. Please email your image to email@example.com
