Shipping policy

Production on your order will begin within 1-3 business days - typically orders are completed within 2-5 business days - exceptions apply to art pieces, custom design work and bulk or wholesale orders. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and shipping restrictions may apply based on your order. If you have any questions please contact us at 425.477.9661.

LOCAL ORDERS - Please pickup your orders within 14 days of purchase - orders not picked up within 14 days will be cancelled and refunds will not be available.

Rush fees do not apply to shipping time and we cannot be held responsible for any delays.

Production time is the time it takes for us to complete your order before it ships.
Production standard business hours are Monday - Friday only.
Estimated arrival time of order = Production Time + Shipping Time for the selected shipping method.

International orders shipping fees do not include customs VAT/DUTY fees or taxes.VAT/DUTY taxes and fees are customer's responsibility. Delivery dates for International orders are not guaranteed.
