It Started With One Personalized Gift

Love It Personalized began with handcrafted jewelry made one piece at a time. Every order taught us that personalized gifts carry stories—not just names.

Growing Through Relationships

Word of mouth became our greatest marketing. Families returned for anniversaries, weddings, birthdays, and new babies, showing us that thoughtful craftsmanship creates lifelong customers.

Beyond Jewelry

Customers began asking for engraved glassware, home décor, gifts, awards, and custom pieces for businesses. What started as jewelry evolved into a full creative personalization studio.

The Birth of Foxwood

Foxwood was founded to bring together premium engraving, design, and craftsmanship under one brand—serving both individuals and businesses with the same attention to detail.

Opening Our Downtown Studio

Foxwood opened its first storefront in the heart of downtown Renton, creating a welcoming space where customers could experience our craftsmanship firsthand.

The People Behind Foxwood

Joanna

Founder • Creative Director • 15+ YEARS CREATING MEANINGFUL GIFTS

Joanna is the person behind Foxwood's designs, vision, and the occasional "I have an idea..." that somehow turns into an entirely new product line by the end of the week.

A lifelong maker with a Master's in Computer Science, Joanna combines analytical thinking with relentless creativity. She loves designing systems, improving processes, and finding better ways to create exceptional customer experiences.

Born and raised in Poland, Joanna has mastered the fine art of being... enthusiastically direct. She'll tell you exactly what she thinks. No guessing. No fluff. Not because she's rude, but because, well... she's Polish. Around here, we call it "efficient communication."

When she's not designing custom gifts, you'll probably find her learning a new craft, reorganizing something that was already organized, convincing herself she definitely needs another laser... or convincing Krystof that she definitely needs another laser.

Superpower: Seeing custom gift ideas where everyone else sees ordinary objects.

Andrew

Customer Service • Sales • Production • Chief Morale Officer

If you've spent more than five minutes at Foxwood, chances are you've already met Andrew. Whether he's helping customers choose the perfect gift, running production, answering phones, designing mockups, packing orders, or jumping behind a laser, he somehow manages to be everywhere at once. His quick wit, endless jokes, and perfectly timed one-liners have caused more than a few "laughing until we cry" moments.

He's also the first person to volunteer when something unexpected comes up. Need an extra set of hands? Andrew's already there. Crazy deadline? He's in. Customer has a last-minute request? He'll figure it out.

Chrissy

Customer Experience • HR Department (Self-Appointed… Mostly)

By day, Chrissy works a very real grown-up job in employment law (yes, she actually has a Master's degree in it). By evenings and weekends, she somehow ends up running HR and customer relations at Foxwood too.

She keeps customer projects organized, reminds everyone to drink water, and has an uncanny ability to appear the exact moment someone is about to make a questionable decision.

Known for: Keeping the team in line... especially Mom.

Every creative studio needs someone who can build it, fix it, improve it, and somehow keep everything running.

Krystof is the behind-the-scenes backbone of Foxwood—the machine whisperer, display builder, emergency production helper, UPS runner, and the person everyone calls when something decides to stop working five minutes before a deadline.

Known For: Turning "I think we have a problem..." into "It's fixed."

His actual contribution to productivity is still being evaluated... but team morale has never been higher.
