We bring portable engraving equipment to your event and personalize items live while guests watch. Engraving is done in real time, with pacing planned ahead so the experience feels smooth and engaging.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for conferences, holiday events, and peak event seasons. While we can occasionally accommodate last-minute requests, reserving your date in advance ensures product availability, allows time for artwork preparation, and gives us the opportunity to recommend the ideal engraving setup for your event.

We can accommodate everything from intimate VIP gatherings to large corporate conferences and trade shows. During the planning process, we'll discuss your guest count, event timeline, and product selection to recommend the ideal setup. For larger events, we can deploy multiple laser engraving stations to increase capacity and minimize wait times.

Yes. This is one of the ways Foxwood stands apart. For larger conferences, trade shows, and corporate activations, we can deploy multiple laser engraving stations simultaneously to increase throughput, reduce guest wait times, and create a smoother overall event experience.

Our setup is flexible and can be customized to fit your venue. A single engraving station typically requires approximately 6' × 8' of space, along with access to a standard electrical outlet. For larger events with multiple engraving stations, we'll work with your event team to determine the ideal layout based on guest flow and venue logistics.

Most venues provide access to standard electrical outlets, which is all our equipment typically requires. If your event is outdoors or has unique venue requirements, we'll discuss power availability during the planning process and recommend the best setup.

Yes. Foxwood Engraving is based in Renton, Washington, and proudly serves Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma, and the greater Pacific Northwest. We also travel for corporate events throughout the region and beyond. Travel fees may apply depending on the event location.

On-site engraving is priced based on the scope and needs of each event rather than a one-size-fits-all rate.

On-site engraving works best for smaller items such as wine corks, drinkware, wood ornaments, tags, and event-specific keepsakes. We’ll help select items that engrave quickly and consistently for live settings.

Yes. We offer on-site engraving throughout the Seattle area and surrounding regions. Travel and setup considerations are discussed during planning.

Absolutely. One of the biggest advantages of live on-site engraving is giving guests the opportunity to personalize their own gift. Depending on your event, guests can choose a name, initials, monogram, or other approved personalization. For branded events, we can also incorporate company logos or event artwork into the design.

Yes. Combining a company logo with a guest's name or initials is one of our most popular personalization options. It's an excellent way to create memorable branded gifts while adding a personal touch that guests will appreciate.

Yes. We offer live glass engraving for wine glasses, whiskey glasses, champagne flutes, beer glasses, decanters, bottles, and other premium glassware. Because glass requires longer engraving times than many other materials, we often recommend a dedicated glass engraving station for larger events.

Leather goods, luggage tags, passport holders, journals, powder-coated tumblers, wood products, and acrylic items typically engrave very quickly, making them excellent choices for high-volume events. Glass and crystal require longer engraving times but create an exceptional premium experience.

Engraving time depends on the product, material, and design. Most items take between1 and 5 minutesto personalize. Glass engraving generally requires more time than leather, wood, or coated metal, which is why we may recommend additional engraving stations for larger events to keep guest lines moving efficiently.

In many cases, yes. We are happy to evaluate customer-supplied products before your event to confirm they are suitable for laser engraving. Because different materials respond differently to the laser, we may recommend testing a sample item in advance to ensure the best possible results.

Either option is possible. Foxwood can source items for you, or we can engrave items you provide, depending on material and suitability for live engraving.
