Production time is the time it takes for us to complete your order before it ships. Production on your order will begin within 1-3 business days - typically orders are completed within 2-5 business days - exceptions apply to art pieces, custom design work and bulk or wholesale orders.

Production standard business hours are Monday - Friday only.

Estimated arrival time of order = Production Time + Shipping Time for the selected shipping method.

LOCAL ORDERS - Please pickup your orders within 14 days of purchase - orders not picked up within 14 days will be cancelled and refunds will not be available.
